Freeway to Hahndorf. 

Exit Mt Barker Road and turn left into Ambleside Road 
then continue for 1km to Heysen Road and then turn left.

The Cedars is a gracious old home still
owned by the Heysen family on a 60 
hectare property. Around the grounds 
is Heysen's working studio, built in 1912

The Shady Pool area became the site
for the first outdoor Sculpture Exhibition in 
2000. In 2010 it will be the 5 th Heysen 
Sculpture Biennial which will continue to 
expanded the range of artists showing.
