The four sculptural forms refer to the
      definitions of the 'Four Freedoms' of democracy as stated by
      US President Roosevelt in the 1940s Freedom of Speech, Freedom
      of choice of Religion, Freedom from Poverty, Freedom from Fear.
      All have relevance to our present day world where these basic
